I cook a lot.

Mostly because I like feeding people, partly because I can’t leave a recipe alone, and honestly… because sauce makes everything better. This is where I share the things I actually make — weeknight meals, sauces, experiments, and recipes that are meant to be tasted, tweaked, and made your own.

I’m not here to tell you exactly how to cook. I’m here to show what happens when someone genuinely loves experimenting in the kitchen — sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t, but it’s always with sauce.

When I’m not cooking, I’m thinking about my next recipe, testing flavor combos, or scheming my next pesto experiment. Food is my favorite way to connect, and I love sharing it with anyone who wants to taste along.
