Growing up, it was always my job to set the table for major family dinners, including our massive 55-person Thanksgiving get-together. I host a much-smaller Thanksgiving today, but I still enjoy setting a beautiful table and seeing a vision come together.

This year, the star of my table (other than the smoked turkey) was my wedding china by Lennox. The pattern is called Westmore, and for me it was love at first sight. 7 years later I still love the icy blue and metallic silver pattern, and I am always excited to get a chance to show it off. You can find the place setting for sale here. Seriously, how gorgeous do these snow peas look in this bowl?

This is a new dining room and a new dining table to me, so I was unprepared when it came to a base for my china. The shape of the table is very unusual, which made a table cloth difficult to find. I spent weeks scrolling through charger plates and found no inspiration. At the last minute I found these ivory beaded placemats. They are soft on the bottom so as not to scratch the table and they looked beautiful with the Westmore pattern. I may upgrade to charger plates for next time but these served as an elegant base for my place settings. Find them on sale here.

For glassware I used my timeless and classic Waterford Lismore crystal. I love how sturdy these glasses are and how they sparkle in any light. These are a classic for a reason. You can shop them here.
The other last minute purchase I made was these ivory cloth napkins. It’s a great price for a 24 pack and the napkins are soft but have a formal-looking sheen to them. My brother even folded them for me when I was in crunch-time in the kitchen. When I asked him how he knew exactly the fold I wanted he responded “it’s the only fold I know”. You can find the napkins here.
Thanksgiving is my absolute favorite holiday and I love creating a beautiful space for my family to gather. How do you like to set your Thanksgiving table?
